We understand that everyone gets sick sometimes – that’s why we don’t charge the full price, but only a cancellation fee of 200.000 IDR if a booking is canceled less than 12 hours before the lesson starts. This fee serves as compensation for our freelance Salty Water Surf Instructors, whom we book individually for each lesson. Without this policy, they would show up without receiving any payment. The cancellation fee can be paid in cash on-site (by arrangement) or online via our website: www.surf-saltywater.com → Booking → Book Now → Our Surf Lessons → Cancellation Fee. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in bad karma. Thanks for your understanding and your fairness 

Depending on the weather conditions and the waves, we might take you to another beach nearby for better surfing. Depending on the location, beach usage fees may apply to keep them clean.
The beach usage fees are between 15.000 and 30.000 IDR and are paid directly to the locals. Please bring some change to your surf lesson.
